Employee Spotlight – Erica Lawrence
Let’s give a round of applause for our newest employee spotlight – Erica Lawrence!
Erica is our Escrow Assistant for Alliance’s Residential Services office in Boise, Idaho. She provides assistance with requests from customers and escrow officers. Erica also prepares files for signing and funding after signing.
Customer service comes naturally to Erica. She loves assisting our customers and helping them achieve success. She continues, “I love getting to work on a team and build upon the great friendships I’ve gained because of it.”
Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Erica’s top pick. She explains, “I believe that the relationships and friendships we build in this life are what matters most. We are successful because Alliance has laid a foundation of teamwork, which enables us to give outstanding service to our customers. Because of great teammates, I have grown and learned so much in this job.” Alliance has been lucky to have had Erica as a team member since 2015 – and we hope to have her for many more!
When asked whom she admires, Erica thinks of her mother and grandmother. She continues, “The best qualities about me, I attribute to them. They are both incredible women. Witnessing their perseverance, passion, and resilience to adversities in this life had a huge impact on me and who I am today.”
Outside of the office, Erica loves going to the arcade, playing pool, planning game nights with friends, attending theme parks, and enjoying life with her partner and their new dog, Motz. In the evenings, they love taking Motz to have fun at the local dog park!
Erica’s favorite quote, “Don’t shrink. Don’t puff up. Just stand your sacred ground,” comes from Brene Brown. Erica explains, “I love this quote because it reminds me that I don’t need to forcefully project or hide my values, but I can be confident in living true to them.”
