Let’s hear it for our newest employee spotlight, Karena Boesel!

Karena is the Vice President & Ada County Residential Sales Manager at Alliance Title’s Meridian, ID branch. She has been with the company since January 2021. Karena is responsible for managing the Business Development Team in Ada County, building market share, retaining relationships with clients and representing the company at industry events in the community. She enjoys helping her clients and team be successful. 

Karena really values trust and respect inside and outside the office. She says, “In order to have a strong team, each member needs to trust and respect the other team members. This requires that every team member take responsibility for their actions and recognize the talents of the other members of the team.”

When asked who she admires most, Karena’s grandmother comes to mind. She explains, “My grandmother grew up in the great depression as the eldest child of 8. Her father died while she was young and she had to work in the factories to help her family out. She lived to be over a 100, owned/ managed several grocery stores and apartment buildings and was feisty to the very end. She loved her family and always put them first.” What an inspiration!

Outside of work, Karena loves everything outdoors! She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, kayaking, snow shoeing, golfing, camping and more. Karena adds, “I also enjoy travel, reading, live music and spending time with family and friends.”

Karena’s favorite quote is, “Carpe Diem,” which translates to seize the day. Karena says, “Life is short! I believe you need to enjoy everything, including the little things, while you can.”
