Located just above Flathead Lake in northwestern Montana, is our newest branch spotlight, Kalispell!

Kalispell, MT was founded as a railroad town in 1891, to serve as the division point for the Great Northern Railway. Kalispell has a rich history, highlighted by its historic buildings and many museums, such as, the Northwest Montana History Museum. The Conrad Mansion Museum allows visitors to take a peek into the life of Kalispell’s founder Charles E. Conrad. Today, Kalispell has a population of 26,000 people and counting. Whether you are looking for diverse outdoor activities or a robust culinary scene, Kalispell offers all of it and more. A quick drive to Glacier National Park or Flathead Lake makes for such a fun day!

The Kalispell team prioritizes getting involved in their community. They sponsor a golf course hole at the Realtor Annual Golf Tournament and have hosted several events from Toys for Tots to an annual Closing the Hunger Gap campaign to support their local food bank. This past summer, the Alliance Title Kalispell team had the opportunity to be paired up with the Nate Chute Foundation in sponsoring a hole for the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors. They write, “NCF is a local non-profit corporation that is dedicated to spreading suicide awareness and prevention among young people in western Montana. We learned so much about what we can do to help spread awareness and how important it is to take care of our minds and bodies.”

Outside of work, the team members in Kalispell have some fun talents and interests! Carrie Wise, Administrative Assistant, takes discarded or broken jewelry and gives life back to the pieces by creating broaches and other wearable items. DeAnn Austin, Vice President and General Manager, shares her travel stories and exciting adventures, from white water rafting to trying out new local restaurants. We also want to take this opportunity to thank Carrie Wise for her service in the military.
