Let’s give a shout out to our newest associate spotlight, McKenze Nichols!

McKenze is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Meridian, ID branch. She has been with the company for 2 years now. McKenze assists all of the Meridian Escrow Officers to ensure their files are ready for the closing table. She enjoys getting a difficult file to the finish line. McKenze adds, “It’s the challenging ones that make us appreciate the easy ones!”

An important core value to McKenze is accountability. She explains, “It really speaks to what I value as an individual and adds so much to our team when we know that everyone will show up.” 

When asked who she admires most, McKenze thinks of her best friend, Adrienne. She says Adrienne is her biggest reminder that no matter what you go through in life, you can still make the choice to be happy and do better. McKenze continues, “Often time’s resilience blooms out of weeds, but she manages to turn them into flowers.”

Outside of work, McKenze spends her time with family, working out, hiking, and going to concerts. 

One of McKenze’s favorite quotes is, “We see things as we are, not as they are.” She says this is a lovely reminder that it is all about perspective. Everyone’s is different based on the experiences in their own life.
