Branch Spotlight – Sandpoint

Our next branch spotlight is home to the largest lake in Idaho, Lake Pend Oreille. Let’s hear it for Sandpoint, ID!
Sandpoint’s motto is, “Get social with nature.” The area is full of world class recreational opportunities including, Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, exceptional parks and trails, and a historic downtown, not to mention Lake Pend Oreille. Sandpoint was originally incorporated as a village in 1901 and was petitioned to be incorporated as a city about 6 years later. In the 1960s and 70s, many people were attracted to North Idaho’s unpopulated areas with rich outdoor recreation amenities. Today, Sandpoint has a population of over 9,000 with a strong community.
Alliance Title’s Sandpoint office is located in town, just off the lake. This team has 111 years of combined experience to serve all of your title and escrow needs. Jeff Conroy, Vice President and Sandpoint Branch Manager, says customer service is their top priority and this is what sets them apart from the competition. Jeff explains, “Our office is small, but everyone provides exceptional service. There is no compromising on our quality. No matter how hard we work to provide quality service to our community though, what keeps customers coming back, and telling their friends about us, is simply having an outstanding product and the experienced team who provides it.”
The Alliance Sandpoint team is very involved in their community. Their office sponsors and recognizes a Teacher of the Month and Teacher of the Year from the Bonner County School District. Alliance Title also supports athletics by playing in the annual Bulldog Bench Golf Tournament and being a Booster Club sponsor. Jeff adds, “Our office is also an annual sponsor of the weeklong event, the Festival at Sandpoint. And, just before the holidays, our office collects food and coats for the Bonner Community Food Bank.”
Jeff says, “Our office works to give a personalized experience to every customer. We work with each individual by actively listening to help problem solve, be proactive, and show we care. By doing these simple steps, we establish trust.” He adds that exceptional customer service and being treated well always has, and always will, matter to people.
Whether you’re buying or selling commercial or residential property in Bonner County, the professionals at Alliance Title’s Sandpoint location would be delighted to help make your next transaction a success! Give them a shout out on their Alliance Title Sandpoint Facebook Page!
