The next Alliance Title spotlight focuses on our wonderful Bonner County branch in beautiful Sandpoint, ID. This northern lakeside community is surrounded by natural beauty thanks to three nearby mountain ranges. Our Sandpoint Alliance Title team members work hard to go “above and beyond” for their customers and community causes they care about.     

“Everyone feels like family and friends, and they are very appreciative of the service we provide them,” said Lindsey Chichester, Alliance Title’s Sandpoint Branch Manager. 

In addition to having more than seven decades of combined experience in real estate, these employees are beloved because they aim to treat everyone like family. Outside the office, this branch shows devotion to several important community causes, including supporting the local food bank, a Teacher of the Month program, Sandpoint’s annual Lost in the 50’s Car Show and Street Party and the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® Golf Tournament.

Though this team works in real estate every day, two of our Sandpoint employees recently went through the home process themselves. Administrative Assistant Hillary Austin moved here from Tucson, AZ and hopes not to freeze this winter, and Chichester settled into a new home in Sandpoint after moving north from Hayden, which she called home for 27 years.

Other fun facts about the Sandpoint team? Title Assistant Julie Larkin has been involved in holistic healing treatments for over a decade. Escrow Officer Kelli Sparling loves motorbike rides with her husband and their dogs, Ace and Grace. Finally, everyone in the Sandpoint branch is thankful for their connections over the years in Bonner County and beyond. The tokens of appreciation and kind gestures are especially meaningful. To the customer who dropped off a jar of homemade spicy pickled asparagus for everyone to enjoy as a thank you, that gift is still a wonderful topic of conversation.
