It’s time to put another hardworking Alliance Title team member in the spotlight! Today, we’re highlighting Escrow Officer Tara Lehman. Tara works in our Nampa, ID branch. She’s spent nearly two decades in real estate – the last 14 of which have been part of the Alliance Title family. Tara is the definition of a true industry professional.

Her favorite part of the job? “Meeting new people and making dreams come true.” Outside of the office, Tara stays involved in our area real estate community as a Nampa Association of REALTORS® (NAOR) Scholarship Banquet Committee member.

Tara loves spending time with her family. Among her hobbies, Tara lists watching her kids play football – as well as fishing and camping. Tara is also part of Ridgevue High School Football Dinner Auction committee. When asked who she admires most, Tara celebrates “all the amazing women out there who juggle work, kids, husbands, households.”

“We hold our heads high and keep on being the most amazing multi-taskers in the land!” Tara says about her fellow women.
