Alliance Title Branch Spotlight – Lewiston
It’s time to take the Alliance Title spotlight to the wonderful city of Lewiston, ID, where you’ll find a dedicated local team that loves its customers and the community as a whole.
Of course, when you have a group of professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience, you’d expect nothing less. But what specifically does this Alliance Title branch in Lewiston pride itself on the most? “Our attention to detail and care for our clients goes above and beyond the industry standards!” said Branch Manager Brandy Charlo. “We get things done accurately, in a short amount of time and we do it all in a positive manner.”
Everyone in this office is a good steward when out and about Lewiston, a city that prides itself on being a charming cultural corridor and an outdoor paradise. Our branch runs a “Teacher of the Month” award program supporting local educators from four area school districts, which has been going on for about a decade. “People think of us for many of their events. We support a variety of community and non-profit organizations around our Valley,” said Charlo, and she truly means it.
Other causes supported by our team here include the Boys and Girls Club of the LC Valley, Lewis-Clark State College, the Northwest Children’s Home, Beautiful Downtown Lewiston, LC Crew, the Avista NAIA World Series, the Lewis Clark Association of REALTORS®, the Gina Quesenberry Foundation, the Lili GC Foundation, the Idaho Foodbank, the Lewiston Independent Foundation for Education, the Lewis Clark Animal Shelter, the Lewiston Little League and the Lewis-Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce.
And what’s the reward for all this work – both in and out of the office? The team is most appreciative of just hearing that it has done a good job, though a treat or two dropped off by a customer or friend of the office is always welcomed – but never expected.
Instead, team members want others to know how wonderful a place Lewiston is and how much they value their customers who always make sure they have what they need “to get our side of the transaction done efficiently.” After all, that’s good for all involved!
