This Alliance Title spotlight shines on Leslie Dahlgren! Leslie is an Escrow Assistant in our Meridian, ID branch and has been with our team for about a year.

She loves her job because each file is a new and unique opportunity. She also appreciates both her customers and colleagues. “I learn something new every day and have an awesome team alongside me to help figure all things out to make it to the finish line,” Leslie says. “We truly make dreams come true!”

Leslie’s hidden talent is memorizing song lyrics as quickly as possible. Give her a week, and she can have an entire album remembered and ready to recall. In addition to music, most of Leslie’s hobbies revolve around being “a boy mom,” meaning there’s a lot of getting in the dirt or pretending to be Spiderman.

When asked who she admires most, Leslie quickly picks her sister, Danillie.  “She never fails to amaze me. She stepped up after we lost our mom in 2013 and hasn’t skipped a beat since, despite what life has thrown at her. She has been my biggest cheerleader and the best shoulder to cry on when I need her. I wouldn’t be who I am today without her and I can’t thank her enough for that. Forever my BFF.”
