We are excited to shine the spotlight on Charlene Dazey, our outstanding Customer Service Representative for the Treasure Valley Region! With nearly 25 years of experience in the title and escrow industry and nearly nine years with Alliance Title, Charlene brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Charlene’s dedication and hard work have earned her a nomination for this recognition from her management team. For years, she served as our recording specialist, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and helping get transactions across the finish line. In this role, Charlene created an unmatched customer experience, and we knew her skills would shine in a more customer-focused position.

She credits her colleagues in the Treasure Valley Title Production Branch for being “great people” and an important part of her success. Outside of the office, Charlene enjoys spending time on the golf course and with her family—husband Craig, two sons, Christopher and Cole, and three grandsons: Ryder, Christopher, and Benjamin.

It’s a pleasure to introduce you to Charlene! Like many of our team members, she has worked behind the scenes, supporting various branches, and we are thrilled to see her step into a more customer-centric role where she can continue to build meaningful relationships.
