Our next Alliance Title spotlight focuses on Brandi Cook! Brandi is an Escrow Officer in our Meridian, ID branch. She has 22 years of experience in the real estate world – and almost all that time has been with the Alliance Title family in some capacity!

Brandi is one of the people in that office who simply finds ways to get things done. After all, her No. 1 goal is to help people achieve their homeownership goals. “I enjoy getting those difficult files across the finish line, problem-solving and figuring out ways to make it happen,” Brandi says. “I love teamwork and collaborating with REALTORS®, lenders and clients to achieve successful closings.”

Brandi enjoys traveling and exploring new places when she’s not in the office. She also loves summer and all the activities that come with that season, as well as “spending time with family and friends, making memories.” Finally, Brandi is often the designated planner and decorator for gatherings and parties.  

Speaking of family, Brandi identifies her sister, Jill, as the person she admires most because of her strength, compassion and so much more! “Her ability to balance ALL the things with such grace inspires me. Jil’s one of the reasons I strive to be kind, hardworking and dependable in both my personal and professional lives,” Brandi says. “Plus, she’s lots of fun.”
