Let’s shine the Alliance Title spotlight on one of our amazing team members once again. Today, we’re introducing you to Dennise Davidson, an Escrow Officer in our Nampa, ID branch.

With 21 years at Alliance Title, Dennise brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and heart to everything she does for her customers and partners across the Treasure Valley. Dennise loves the challenge of closing complex transactions and feels grateful to work alongside an incredible team she considers her “work family.” A journey home is always worth it for Dennise.

“I find it incredibly rewarding to help my clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership,” she says. “My favorite part of the transaction is getting to meet, sit down with, and get to know our clients in the closing room.”

Dennise’s care and compassion also extend outside of the office. She’s actively involved in the local community and volunteers with the Idaho Humane Society and the Idaho Food Bank.

She loves to craft – and is currently taking stained glass painting classes. Other hobbies include paddleboarding, camping, hiking, gardening and reading. Dennise also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Speaking of family, her mother continues to be the person Dennise admires most in life. Why? There are so many reasons. “She’s lovely, fearless, faithful, wise beyond her years, and has the kindest, most caring heart of anyone I’ve ever known,” Dennise says. “She is and always has been my role model. I want to “grow up” to be just like her!”
