We’re thrilled to shine this Alliance Title spotlight on Brittany Guettermann! Brittany is a Business Development Representative in our Meridian, ID, branch. With over 11 years in the real estate and title industry, Brittany has built lasting relationships and a reputation for helping others grow and succeed.

When asked what she loves most about her role, here’s what she said: “My favorite part of this industry is the people – the agents, lenders, colleagues and clients. I love seeing them thrive and succeed, especially when I’ve had a hand in helping them along the way.”

A dedicated community member, Brittany is involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Idaho Food Bank and First Tee of Idaho, giving back to the community she proudly serves. Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. “You can often find us in the foothills, on a road trip to the ocean, in the mountains or on the sidelines of a soccer game,” Brittany says. Speaking of travel, Brittany has visited more than 20 countries!

When it comes to inspiration, Brittany finds it hard to choose just one person. “So many people inspire me and cheer me on – whether they know it or not. In my phase of life, I have especially admired other working moms balancing home and work,” Brittany says. “They achieve and excel in the office by day and then are reading books and tucking kids in at night.”
