Alliance Title Spotlight – Julie Larkin

This Alliance Title spotlight shines on Julie Larkin! Julie is a Servicing Title Officer in our Sandpoint, ID, branch. Julie relies on her more than three decades of industry experience – the last 15 with Alliance Title – to deliver exceptional care to her customers and colleagues every day, and she loves sharing her knowledge with others.

“(I enjoy) helping people understand their title and the title work itself,” she says. “Title work is like putting together a puzzle.”

Julie has a variety of interests outside the office as well. She enjoys baking, decorating cakes, scrapbooking and other arts and crafts. Other hobbies include gardening, biking, finding ways to enjoy nature and learning about the world of essential oils. If you’ve seen Julie lately, you also know she recently broke her arm. “I’m getting pretty good at one-arm typing,” she jokes.

In addition, Julie is active in planning the annual Lost in the ’50s Car Show and Street Party in Sandpoint and volunteers at her church. What is the Lost in the 50s event? Julie’s glad you asked!

“It brings lots of people and income to the community,” Julie says. “We have a car show with anywhere up to 600 cars. I think our largest year was just at 700; we had to turn people away from entering their car.”

Julie thanks everyone she has met over the years when asked who she admires the most. It’s part of the reason she’s such a good Alliance Title team member. “We all have different likes, viewpoints and talents, and it’s that melting pot that keeps life interesting,” Julie says.

We hope you’ve loved learning more about Julie! If you enjoy working with her – and the rest of our Sandpoint branch – give a shout out on the Sandpoint Alliance Title Facebook Page! Julie is ready to help guide your next Bonner County real estate transaction home.
