Alliance Title Spotlight – Star Nieves
Our next spotlight shines on someone who plays a key role for Alliance Title across southwestern Idaho. Meet Star Nieves, the Branch Manager for both our Nampa and Emmett, ID branches.
Star has been in real estate for almost three decades, including the last 15 with the Alliance Title family. She takes pride in building relationships and helping people. “The people I get to work with make this job truly special. I love supporting clients, building strong connections and helping make their real estate journey easier,” Star says.
Star finds a way to serve others outside of the office, too. She’s in her second stint as the Director of the Snake River Valley Builders Contractors Association and is passionate about helping students pursue careers in construction and other trades.
“In addition, I volunteer with the Festival of Trees, which supports Meals on Wheels, and Stampede for the Cure, a nonprofit dedicated to breast cancer awareness,” Star says. “I also serve as a board member for the St. Alphonsus Foundation Board.”
When it comes to hobbies and interests, Star lists anything outdoors, including fishing, camping and clay shooting. She also enjoys weekend getaways with her friends when time allows. In fact, her family has a cabin in Lowman, ID, where they escape whenever possible. Star also has a long list of people she admires.
“My closest friends constantly push me to grow and be better. I admire my dad for his endless happiness and kindness, and my mom for doing the best she could and always giving me so much love,” Star says in part. “My girls, who are thriving in life, inspire me with their independence and strength; they’re a reflection of my tough but loving parenting. My husband is the strong one who grounds me, slows me down when I need it and doesn’t let me get away with everything, but would give me everything if I needed it.”
