Alliance Title Spotlight – Heather Orlando

This Alliance Title spotlight focuses on one of the newer faces in our family! Heather Orlando has been an Escrow Officer in our Driggs, ID, branch for six months. Though she’s new to the title world, Heather has 13 years of prior experience in finance.

She’s already found a passion for working with an often-favored demographic in real estate, too. “I enjoy working with people buying their first homes and helping the dream of homeownership come true,” Heather says.

Here’s another reason Heather is a good fit in the title industry: She loves helping others fight fraud. “I volunteer at our senior center here in Teton Valley in educating people on fraud and the latest scams,” Heather says. Other hobbies include playing the ukulele, taking a daily morning hike, spinning on her Peloton, and dancing in her kitchen “when no one is home.”

When asked who she admires most, Heather chooses her dad for multiple reasons: He served his country in the Navy, went on to college and then embarked on a successful career. Now he’s fighting Parkinson’s disease, but it hasn’t dimmed his spirit or the desire to serve others. “He always found time in the height of his demanding career to put family first and volunteer through church. I hope to be like him and build that kind of legacy,” Heather says. “He has shown through persistence and hard work that we can make all kinds of dreams come true!”

If you loved getting to know Heather, let her know with a shout-out on the East Idaho Alliance Title Facebook page. She and the rest of our professionals here in the Driggs branch are ready to tackle your Teton County real estate transactions!
