Alliance Title Branch Spotlight – Kalispell and Whitefish, MT

This Alliance Title branch spotlight showcases our company’s strong presence in Flathead County. Our Kalispell and Whitefish, MT, branches are primarily served by the same team of hardworking and caring professionals who specialize in making the closing process smooth across both locations. Without further ado, here is what makes our two Montana branches so special.

“We show up for people. We don’t just handle tasks. We genuinely care about making every interaction easy, warm and stress-free,” said Jack Wheir, Alliance Title’s Division Manager here. “We go out of our way to make folks feel welcome, supported and taken care of. Even if we can’t solve something ourselves, we never leave anyone hanging. It’s that extra bit of heart and effort that really sets us apart.”

The team spread across both branches is an integral part of the community, especially Title Officer Suzanne Jellison, who will be celebrating 42 years at Alliance Title this May! The branch is also looking to do more local outreach and participate in more community events in the near future, according to Wheir.

“One of our big goals moving forward is to find causes and local opportunities that our whole team genuinely believes in,” he said. “There are so many great organizations and events in our area, and we’re looking forward to choosing the ones where we can make the most meaningful impact.”

When asked about hobbies and fun facts, only one person was brave enough to volunteer some information. While it did take some prodding, it’s a good one. “Office legend has it that our Escrow Officer, Christopher Desrochers, was once a bull rider. Now, he swears he was never any good at it, but between us, we think he might not be telling the whole truth,” Wheir said.

Desrochers later begrudgingly confirmed that he has indeed ridden bulls but “mostly because he just wanted to be able to say he did it.” Other Alliance Title professionals you may see in these offices, besides Desrochers, Jellison and Wheir, are Administrative Assistants Brittany Bianchi and Carrie Wise.

Wheir says the goal for his entire team of professionals – no matter if they’re physically in Kalispell or Whitefish at the time – is to keep building connections with those around them. It’s a mission, Wheir believes they have been accomplishing.

“Every person who walks through our doors brings their own story, their own needs and their own personality – and we love getting to know them. Our customers often tell us how comfortable and welcome they feel in our office, and that means everything to us.”
