Today’s Alliance Title spotlight shines on Karena Boesel, an Area Department Manager who works out of our Meridian, ID, branch. A member of our Alliance Title team for more than five years, Karena loves bringing people together and creating lifetime experiences, making real estate a natural fit.
“I love seeing our associates and clients exceeding their goals and celebrating with them,” she says. “I enjoy building strong relations, mentoring team members and helping create processes that make everyone’s job more efficient and successful.”
Karena’s commitment to the real estate world goes beyond the office as a member of the executive committee for the Real Estate Foundation of Elmore County. Her other community involvement extends to other areas of life, too! She is a past president of the board for the Idaho Botanical Garden and a past Red Cross board member.
“I’m involved in community and economic development in the Valley, and I enjoy connecting with local leaders to support growth and opportunities,” Karena says. When she’s not helping push transactions to the finish line or lending her time and talent to important local causes, you might find Karena with family and friends, eating a fabulous meal or exploring nature. Her outdoor hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, hiking, paddleboarding, rafting and surfing.
Choosing the person she admires most is easy for Karena. “My grandmother. She was a person of integrity, humility and uplifted everyone around her,” Karena says. “She will always be in my heart.”
