Alliance Title Branch Spotlight – Sandpoint, ID

This Alliance Title branch spotlight takes us back to Bonner County, where we’re proud to feature our outstanding team in Sandpoint, Idaho. Known for their dedication, experience, and commitment to exceptional service, this group loves being the hometown title company for their community. “We’re deeply connected to the community we serve, and that shows in the way we build relationships—with our clients and with each other,” said Lindsey Chichester, Alliance Title’s Sandpoint Branch Manager. “We take pride in knowing people by name, understanding their needs and treating their success as personal.”
While everyone here is involved in local causes and events outside of the office, Chichester specifically lauds the work of Title Officer Julie Larkin. Larkin takes time off each year to devote her talents to the town’s iconic Lost in the ‘50s Car Show and Street Party! This year’s event was held earlier this month. “Julie and her husband of 50 years work tirelessly to support the community where they grew up and have lived for decades, embodying the spirit of service and commitment all of us are proud to represent,” Chichester said.
Another organization worthy of specific praise right now is the Bonner Community Food Bank. “Our business shines through the dedication our associates show to the community,” Chichester said.
When it comes to the hobbies and interests of employees in the Sandpoint office, two loves reign supreme: the outdoors and dogs, often combined. The area is home to multiple state parks, lots of great mountain hiking trails and Lake Pend Oreille, the state’s largest lake and one of the deepest in the country.
Chichester is grateful for all the long-term relationships she and the team have built through the years, but she also invites others to discover what working with a true “hometown” title company means for them. “Our customers inspire our team and remind us that the work we do genuinely matters,” she said.
