It’s time to shine a spotlight on another Alliance Title team member! Today, we’re featuring Charlene Dazey, a trusted Title Assistant and Customer Service Representative with our Boise, ID Treasure Valley Title Services team. Charlene is an integral part of our organization, with nearly 25 years of real estate experience and a decade with the Alliance Title family.

Charlene calls her customers and colleagues “some of the most amazing people” around, and she certainly enjoys the work she does every day. “I like the combination of customer service and detailed work, making sure everything is accurate while also providing a positive experience for our clients,” Charlene says.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Charlene outdoors in some capacity. Her interests include golfing, paddleboarding and sun worshiping. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family members, especially her three beloved grandsons.

When asked, Charlene doesn’t pick just a single person she admires most in life. Instead, she takes time to appreciate anyone who is “dependable and takes pride in their work.” Of course, those descriptors fit many of the people who interact with Charlene in our Meridian branch every day, and they certainly apply to Charlene herself, too!

“In my role, I see how important it is to be someone others can rely on, and I respect those who consistently show up and deliver for our team and clients,” she says.
