This month’s Associate Spotlight shines on one of the newer members of the Alliance Title family, Kelly Boyce, Escrow Assistant in our Mountain Home branch. Although she’s been with us for just eight months, Kelly has already become a valued part of the team.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Kelly worked in the banking industry. She says one of her favorite things about Escrow is that no two days are the same.

“Every file is different, and I feel like I’m constantly learning something new,” Kelly shares. “My team also plays a huge role in what makes my job so amazing. I know I can count on them for support, both professionally and personally.”

One of Kelly’s hidden talents? She can talk like an auctioneer! When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, attending concerts, and exploring local restaurants.

When asked who inspires her most, Kelly didn’t hesitate to name her dad. “He is such a hard worker and has supported me through everything in my life. He is my best friend!”

We’re grateful to have Kelly on our team and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and thrive at Alliance Title.
