The next Alliance Title spotlight shines brightly on Mandy Walter! Mandy is an Escrow Assistant in our Meridian, ID, branch who has been with us for 8 months. She brings over 10 years of industry experience with her from her time in the lending world.

Mandy loves her job because it is always a challenge – in the best way. “It’s never boring,” she says. “I enjoy helping people with the biggest purchase of their life and helping it be a good, positive experience. “The team I work with is also amazing and supportive. I could not do (my job) without them!”

Mandy’s sense of caring extends outside the office, too. “I enjoy volunteering at the food bank and donating whenever I can. I also like helping out with the schools in my community with donations and support,” she says. “I enjoy “walking” 5Ks that support certain causes as well. I wish I had more time to do more!”

One fun tidbit about Mandy is that Halloween is her favorite holiday. She loves spending time outdoors enjoying nature, traveling with her husband and son, trying new restaurants and heading out to concerts and soccer games.

When asked who she admires most, Mandy is quick to choose her parents. Why? For demonstrating the value of hard work, even when the payoff isn’t immediate. “They have been through so much during their lives and continue to adjust and thrive,” Mandy says. “They are the hardest-working people I know, and they have given me a good example of work ethic.”
