The next Alliance Title team member in the spotlight is Danielle Seward. Danielle is an Escrow Assistant in our Idaho Falls, ID branch. She has been with us for two years.

Danielle’s favorite part of the job? Playing a part in her customers’ milestones and memories. “(I love) seeing the joys of people – whether it’s buying their first home or selling their family home to move and start an adventure,” Danielle says.

When she’s not working, you may find Danielle enjoying an outdoor activity or two. She specifically names kayaking, fishing and riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers among her hobbies. “I love being outside during the summer, making memories with my kids,” Danielle adds. She’s also active in two local organizations: The Food Basket and Habitat for Humanity.
