The next Alliance Title spotlight is all about Tailor Rivas, an Escrow Officer in our Blackfoot, ID branch. She has been with us for more than four years and is a beloved team member. Tailor takes immense pride in her work, especially when she gets to use her problem-solving skills.

“I love when all the puzzle pieces of a tricky transaction fall into place!” Tailor says. “Getting to work with people on such a big step in their lives (is my favorite part of the job.)”

Besides what she does inside the Alliance Title office for our customers and partners, Tailor stays active in the local real estate world by being involved with the Greater Blackfoot Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She’s known for her green thumb among her colleagues and enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family. Each Christmas, two of those passions come together when her family holds a competitive “bake-off.” Tailor also loves true crime podcasts.

When asked who she admires most, Tailor doesn’t pick just one person. Instead, she spreads the praise among her family and friends. “I have such a wonderful group around me, and I admire each and every one of them for being so genuinely themselves and always thinking about others,” she says.
