The next Alliance Title spotlight shines on Tiffany Lerch! Tiffany is a Title Officer on the Treasure Valley Title Services team and is based out of our Mountain Home, ID, branch. Tiffany has about eight years of real estate experience, most of which has been with the Alliance Title family.

For Tiffany, the challenging – and fun – part of the job is being a problem solver every day for her customers and partners. After all, no two files are the same. “I love working with Escrow to find solutions to get us to the closing table,” she says. “There is always something new to learn.”

When Tiffany isn’t busy finding solutions to problems in the title world, you may find her flashing her creativity and critical thinking skills in other ways. Tiffany makes her own clothes and especially enjoys recreating vintage fashion from the 1930s to the 1950s. She’s involved in a book club called the Finer Things and is active in the annual Flock Cancer Stroll. Other hobbies include spending time exploring Idaho’s nature in the great outdoors and bowling with her husband.

When asked who she admires most, Tiffany picks her mom. This is a woman who chose to adopt Tiffany when she was five years old, despite being young herself. “She stepped in and claimed me as her own. Because of her, I learned so many things, but most importantly, she taught me that love is unconditional, and family is not about DNA.”
