The Alliance Title spotlight shines on Pocatello, ID, a wonderful community known for its welcoming “gateway” spirit, strong local connections and deep roots along the historic Oregon Trail. As you’ll see, our branch here takes pride in serving its customers and the vibrant community around them.
“Our team works hard to get to know our customers and build our relationships with them to become their trusted advisers,” said Lisa Armijo, a Business Development Representative for the Pocatello – Chubbuck branch. “We strive to make our office feel like a safe, professional and comfortable place to land, particularly in stressful transaction situations. We love helping new customers get acclimated to our industry, whether they be real estate agents, lenders, attorneys or developers/builders.”
The customers and partners know they can rely on the cumulative experience (110 years+) of our Pocatello branch, and the team leans on that experience every day, Armijo says. “We love that our customers appreciate the work we do. They trust that we have their best interests at heart and recognize what lengths we sometimes go to, for their transactions to close on time and correctly,” she added. “We feel like we all work on the same team (when) closings are at the goal line.”
It’s also fitting that we’re spotlighting this branch during the holiday season. According to Armijo, this office is famous for its Business After Hours event every December. Here’s more on that undertaking. “The tradition goes well beyond 30 years, as far as we can track, and represents the kick-off to the Christmas party season. Our team members have a fierce competition with their most delicious desserts and take bragging rights very seriously for the next year,” Armijo said. “We feel blessed to have great support from our customers and the Chamber of Commerce for this festive event!”
But the Alliance Title holiday spirit extends beyond this one special occasion. Our team members are involved in Salvation Army bell ringing and a Christmas drive for local students. Other causes and organizations supported throughout the year include Pocatello Valley Partners, local chambers of commerce, the United Way, the Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, the Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency Board and the Alzheimer’s Association.
In addition to being title/escrow experts and good community stewards, our Pocatello branch professionals here have a variety of hobbies and interests. They include photography, fishing and hunting, 4-wheeling, skiing, a variety of water sports, enjoying the arts, cooking, chasing children and grandchildren playing, softball and soccer, welding, going to concerts, traveling, esthetics, costume design, gardening, hiking, camping, cycling, spending time with animals, reading and doing puzzles.
