This Alliance Title spotlight gives us the chance to talk about Senior Advisory Title Officer Eric Polatis! Eric has been with our team for 14 years and works out of the company’s Emerald Street branch in Boise, Idaho, as part of the Treasure Valley Title Services team.

What does Eric love about title? That there’s always something new each day he comes to work, even though he’s been in our industry for almost three decades. “It is rare to have a day go by and not have learned something new in this business.”   Eric also calls the Emerald branch the best Alliance Title location in the state.

As a member of both the Idaho Golf Association and the Boise ATV/UTV Trail Riders, it’s no surprise that Eric’s hobbies include playing golf and trail riding. He also loves to hunt, fish and play the guitar. When asked who he admires most, Eric takes time to reflect on all those who have influenced him in a positive way over the years before choosing his Grandpa Chris.

“Wow, there are so many people in my life that I could choose from, but if I had to pick one, it would be (him… He was) hard-working, fun and “old school!”
