We have a new associate spotlight! It’s time to highlight the personality, skills and hard work of Alex Quiroz in our Driggs, ID branch.  

Alex, an Escrow Assistant, can often be found at the branch’s front desk. Alex has only been part of the Alliance Title & Escrow family since 2022, but he quickly became an integral member of our team. He does a little of everything, including interacting with customers, gathering information, opening orders, setting up files, helping with disbursements and following up on transactions. Listening to new homeowners excited about their next chapter is one of his favorite parts of the job.

“I love meeting all sorts of people and hearing about their story and why they want to move here,” Alex says. “Hearing why people fell in love with the place I call home makes me appreciate where I live even more. “

Alex credits his parents for instilling the importance of a strong work ethic in him and his siblings by leading by example. They continue to push him to be the “best version of himself”. In addition to being a hard worker, Alex says he values innovation and learning. It’s all part of his mindset of never shying away from something new, no matter how challenging it seems.     

Outside the office, you’re likely to find Alex skiing, mountain biking, or hiking with his dog. Alex is a Post Malone fan and finds motivation in the musician’s challenge to “Be good to people for no reason.” It’s not only a good mantra to live by, but a mission Alex aims to carry out during the workday.

“I believe in greeting everyone with a smile. You never know what’s going on in someone’s life, so you can’t be too quick to judge.”
